Majority bpo companies, specially start ups or those who searching for projects, fall victim to scams due to self overconfidence, fake social media schemes, easy money dream , low budget ideas , stubbornness to change plan as per market requirement , too much blindness towards performance basis earning , dreaming for fix income offers in name of bpo . No client waste time with such impractical planning centers.
Execution very very few able to do. That applies to successful call center owners, and you never find these on any social media sites .
Planning is easy, that applies to those abundance herd..
Yes it is still viable to invest in International bpo business.
You might see large quantity , but do not forget , not everyone get selected for projects.
Proper budget, ability to invest , guts to take decisions on time, time management, consistent staff and convincing to client to outsource.. Not easy for everyone.
so it is plenty business out there in real business networks for bpo who are not influenced by any easy money offers with low budget dreams.
