In fact the noun piacere is translated into ‘pleasure’. Life’s pleasures : I piaceri della vita.
Mi può aiutare < per piacere > ? Can you help me < please > ?. ‘Per piacere’ stands for ‘please’.
I’m pleased to meet you. Piacere di/è un piacere (= I’m pleased ) conoscerla.
